Our Statement of Guarantee

Scrutable Systems com guarantees that we will make available equivalent replacement parts for any product sold to the State of Texas until at least 3 years after that product is discontinued.

Exhibits tremendous breadth of knowledge, technical mastery, and leadership vision. Has extensive business and programming experience to analyze, design and model complex, interrelated systems and programs in an independent, self directed environment with extensive user interface.
III
Exhibits expert skills in manipulating technology. Assumes lead role on complex projects with multiple external technical and human interactions. Submits plans for component development. Interacts as a peer with business management.
II
Exhibits strong competence in manipulating technology. Assumes lead role on smaller projects, receiving some guidance from more senior engineers. Contributes to planning and management processes.
I
Exhibits basic competence in manipulating technology. Has sufficient programming experience and skill to design, implement, and test complex pieces of functionality as directed by more senior engineers. Also competent to perform support functions.

System Architect
Responsible for providing technical leadership on software development projects. Designs products and authors related design documentation. Works with all appropriate client departments to ensure product meets or exceeds all technical requirements. Creates product design with sustainable architecture and providing superior solutions to customers.
Senior Project Manager
Manages a team of software engineers to architect, design enterprise software products. Writes product requirement documents, implements and tracks development timelines, negotiates feature sets with the development leads and product.
Software Engineer
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications.
Web Development Programmer
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's business and software applications.
Web Designer
Designs and constructs web pages/sites including incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features and other techniques. Maintains and provides ongoing design of the website, promos and ad banners, seasonal content specials and custom chat launcher design for partners.
Senior Test Planner
Designs, plans, and coordinates the overall software testing strategy for Test Engineer work teams. Handles complex testing features and technical designs.
Test Design Engineer
Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies. Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products. Also writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
Software Requirements Analyst
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs to develop detailed software requirements. Formulates systems in conjunction with overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
System Integration Analyst
Installs necessary software, programs databases, and configures networks to ensure the smooth functioning and proper interaction of complex information technology systems.
Database Administrator
Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company database. Implements data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes; resolves database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues.
Graphic Designer
Produces graphic sketches, designs, and copy layouts for online content. Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles, and aesthetic design concepts.
Network Engineer
Installs, configures and maintains organization's network. Builds networks and maintains external and internal web presence, administers the networks. Performs system backups on its internal and external web network servers. Designs and supports server system(s) and supporting software.
System Administrator
Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.
Webmaster
Develops and maintains the company's portal. Performs backups and ensure user accessibility to the site. Monitors site traffic and helps scale site capacity to meet traffic demands performance. Improves the company's efficiency and designs the look and feel for the site.
